On 11-16-2024 Cedar Grove Firefighters provided coverage for Newark Firefighters while they battled a general alarm fire. While doing so Cedar Grove went to the scene of a motor vehicle crash along with a West Orange Engine. One person was extricated from the vehicle and transported to University Hopital
